Lead Associate, Administrative Services Global Oncology Marketing

Under the direction of members of the Global Oncology leadership team, the Lead Associate, Administrative Services will provide administrative support to the assigned leaders within the Global Oncology organization.

The primary activities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinates and performs multiple administrative tasks, including calendar scheduling, meeting management, travel and expense management
  • Completes various work assignments requiring advanced analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Schedules complex, multi-leg and international travel and coordinates trip agendas across multiple stakeholders
  • Supports the use of team sites and other information sharing tools
  • Effectively interacts with our company's executives and employees, as well as external parties, both on-site and remotely
  • Coordinates and/or leads special projects within the organization

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g. Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification)

Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years Administrative Assistant experience with minimum of (5) years supporting executive level leaders.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other internal applications.
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling and coordinating complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel.
  • Experience processing visa/passport applications.
  • SAP experience processing expense reports, purchase orders, payment requests.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize many simultaneous assignments.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Documented experience as a strong performer in current and past positions.
  • Willingness to travel in support of local meetings very occasionally.

Preferred:

  • Experience with financial and budget tasks.
  • Experience in or with a commercial marketing division.

Location:

  • Hybrid role – will work on site in Rahway, NJ a minimum of 3 days a week.

The salary range for this role is:

$100,400 - $158,000

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
