Associate Director, Field Enablement & Business Support Leader

The Associate Director, Field Enablement & Business Support Leader, drives large-scale sales force structure transformations and enablement initiatives across the US HH market, while supporting forecasting and budget management activities across the Field Experience & Patient Access (FE&PA) organization. The incumbent is a high-performing, dynamic, and strategic leader who works collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders and manages the complexity across headquarter functions to facilitate seamless operational experiences for US HH field sales and account management teams within our sales organization and FE&PA leadership within our CEI organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in program and project management, change management, cross-functional leadership, and sales force structure and alignment go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in high-intensity environments, demonstrates executive presence, and excels at translating complex strategies into actionable plans.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Field Enablement (STREAM), this leader will work alongside the Field Enablement Process team and actively partner with relevant areas to manage early launch planning and provide strategic sales force Go-To-Market support and project management for new products and integrations, ensuring a seamless path from ideation to commercialization. This position will also provide critical support for FE&PA budget management, LROP processes, and profit planning cycles, working closely with the STREAM Director, Finance and FE&PA leaders to ensure accuracy, alignment, and transparency in all fiscal matters. Through these responsibilities, the role reinforces its commitment to operational excellence and financial stewardship.

Primary Responsibilities Include And May Not Be Limited To:

Field Enablement:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute field enablement strategies and transformation initiatives.
  • Translate large-scale sales force structure changes into detailed project plans, workflows, and timelines.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments; proactively remove barriers to execution.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to business audiences, including senior executives.
  • Create compelling presentations and take detailed notes to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Influence stakeholders without direct authority, driving alignment and momentum across teams.
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Facilitate strategy sessions with creativity and problem-solving agility; pivot direction as needed.
  • Challenge the status quo thoughtfully and productively to drive continuous improvement.

Business Support:

  • Support the development, monitoring, and reporting of departmental budgets to ensure fiscal integrity and adherence to organizational goals.
  • Oversee the maintenance and evolution of robust budget tracking systems, ensuring transparency and accuracy across all financial processes.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for leadership, synthesizing complex data into clear, strategic insights.
  • Facilitate annual profit planning cycles, coordinate budget submissions, and manage re-forecasting processes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to budgetary and financial practices.
  • Support financial audits by providing timely and accurate documentation, analysis, and responses to inquiries.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales information, sales territory design, field sales, account management, or an organization which supports field sales and/or account management and a high school diploma.
  • Ability to work hybrid at least 3 days per week at the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania office.
  • Proven experience in program management, project management, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of sales force structure strategy and enablement best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Process-minded and exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work product.
  • High learning agility, self-starter mentality, and ability to operate with minimal direction.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience "wearing multiple hats" and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales operations, sales information, sales territory design, field sales, account management, or an organization which supports field sales and/or account management.
  • Executive presence and strategic mindset.
