Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware and software. This position provides on-site support for faculty and staff but may also include answering phone calls and emails.
Requires computer support experience along with prior customer service experience preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to carry up to 25 lbs. for short distances.
