Service Advisor Role

Are you in a role where you get to meet customers and be the link between them and the workshop? We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented employee to join our service team at the garage. Together we work for the highest quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships. As a service advisor, you are a key person for both our customers and our technicians. You contribute to creating positive customer experiences by providing professional advice, booking service, managing work orders, and following up on cases from start to finish. The role requires you to be organized, confident in communication, and able to see solutions both for the customer and for the workshop's operations.

Duties for Service Advisor

  • Receive customers both at reception and via phone/mail
  • Provide advice on car service, repairs, and maintenance
  • Book customer visits and plan the workshop's resources
  • Create work orders and ensure correct information to technicians
  • Follow up on ongoing jobs and feedback to customer on status
  • Invoice and finalize assignments while proactively handling any complaints
  • Work in various digital systems for booking, customer communication, and documentation
  • Ensure that the workshop's quality and safety routines are followed

Qualifications and Traits for Those Who Want to Work as a Service Advisor

  • Experience from a service profession, preferably within car repair, customer service, or similar
  • Good digital competence and familiarity with administrative systems
  • Strong communicator who is responsive and pedagogical to both customers and colleagues
  • Structured, solution-focused, and meticulous in your work method
  • B-driving license is a requirement
  • Fluent in Swedish as well as good knowledge of English, spoken and written
  • Knowledge of car technology or experience from the car industry is meritorious
