Tasks

• Independently consulting and communicating with our customers via phone and email
• Managing orders and customer inquiries
• Daily improvement of customer satisfaction through fast and accurate support

Qualification

• Ideally, you have prior experience in customer support
• You work reliably and carefully
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• You are proficient in German at a native level
• Good English skills
• You are familiar with MS Office programs
