Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Independent consultation & communication with our customers by phone / email
• Management of orders and customer inquiries
• Daily improvement of customer satisfaction through fast & accurate support

Qualification

• Ideally, you have first experience in customer support
• You work reliably & carefully
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• You are proficient in German at a native level
• Good English skills
• You are proficient in MS Office programs
