The mission of the Regional Support Specialist (RSS) is to provide high-level, value-added administrative support to the Executive Director and regional programs as needed. Key result areas include:

  1. Provide Administrative Support for Regional Executive Director: Provides high-level, value-added administrative support to the Executive Director on time.
  2. Manage Regional Office: Serves as the "office manager" to ensure maintenance of the regional office.
  3. Provide Regional Administrative Support: Provides administrative support for regional team meetings, board meetings, culture touchpoints, etc.
  4. Support Regional Programs: Assists regional programs with project support, hiring process, and training and staff development.
  5. Liaise between Central Support & Region for Marketing & Development Efforts: Acts as the point of contact for general administrative requests/duties between Central Support and the Greater Waco Region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or experience equivalency; related master's preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy that includes proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills
  • Some leadership experience preferred
