We're on the lookout for a talented GTM Ops Associate to join our international GTM Operations team, based in the Netherlands, with a hybrid work model allowing for a few days a week in our vibrant Rotterdam office.
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales, ensuring seamless operations from initial interest to successful engagement. You'll play a key part in defining global best practices for inbound demand follow-up and outbound prospecting, leveraging your operational expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the board.
As a GTM Ops Associate, you will be instrumental in optimizing our go-to-market strategies by focusing on BDR Operations and Marketing Campaign Operations. You'll be the linchpin connecting our Marketing and Sales teams, setting the gold standard for how we engage with prospects globally.
Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our lead management processes, empowering our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with top-tier tools and strategies, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. While experience with our exact tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Cognism, SalesLoft) is a plus, your operational mindset and ability to learn new tools are what truly matters!
