Hours: Per Diem - 12 hour days/ Flexed Monday – Friday 7:00 am- 9:00 pm, 2-3 shifts per month
Reports to: Manager, APP
Pay Rate: $88/hr.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $170.00 FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
