Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication (written and verbal) skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be able to handle a heavy case load and multi-task. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Required Work Experience: No experience needed.
Other Information: Must have a valid Florida driver's license, be cleared by Legal to be added to Memorial Healthcare System's insurance, and have a personal vehicle available during work hours as position requires extensive travel throughout Broward County.
Additional Education Info: Bachelor's degree required.
Additional Credential Info: New hires or employees new to the position have six (6) months to obtain the Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Shift: Primarily for office workers - not eligible for shift differential
