Position responsible for performing complex and diversified administrative duties for a department. Memorial Hermann Memorial City 920 Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77024 Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The primary responsibilities encompass performing triage duties, managing incoming emails, assigning tasks within Dovetail, generating reports, creating templates, handling fax transmissions, managing cases via case management systems, transcribing voicemail messages, periodically visiting the office to retrieve mail, coordinating office supplies, compiling survey data, preparing monthly invoices, providing support for various projects, and triaging unemployment-related cases. We are seeking a technically proficient individual eager to advance within HR. This professional must be able to effectively collaborate with all levels, from individual contributors to executives, and work seamlessly with internal departments. The successful candidate should possess strong multitasking abilities and be proficient in utilizing office equipment.
