✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving the enhancement and evolution of major product components that support and scale all product development efforts at Memora Health
- Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture teams to formulate and evolve technology roadmap that aligns with Memora's business goals
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and iterations of complex features, working closely with engineers, Product Managers, UX designers, and leadership
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points, prioritize solutions, and promote product development best practices
- Stay current with emerging industry trends and technology to inform leadership and the Product Team
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in shipping enterprise-grade software products
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead complex projects from start to finish and across multiple release cycles
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js (Express), or Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI) with a focus on test-driven development and test automation
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and implement maintainable solutions
- Advanced understanding of DevOps practices and technologies, security tooling in SDLC, and observability and APM tooling
