Sales And Service Representative

Are you a service-oriented person who thrives on customer contact and wants to work in a role where you can help customers and work in sales? Memira is now looking for an engaged and driven employee for our Sales & Service department in Sweden on an hourly basis as needed.

The group is jointly responsible for incoming and outgoing calls to and from Memira's customers. You will thrive with daily customer contact where you will both help customers with questions and work on the sales of Memira's products and services.

Job Duties

As a part of our Sales & Service team, you will have daily contact with Memira's customers, primarily via phone. This means contacting customers to make a first screening before a booked investigation, receiving incoming questions, and working on sales.

Your job duties include:

• Handling incoming calls and helping customers via phone
• Simple support cases
• Offering quality service according to customers' needs
• Following up and managing customer service cases

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues where we constantly strive for a high service level to provide our customers with the best possible experience.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is customer- and solution-oriented. You are a positive person who is motivated by working towards results and thrives in a role where customer contact is a natural part of everyday work. Furthermore, you are a team player with good communicative abilities who is not afraid to take initiative to improve and develop work tasks. It is advantageous if you have experience in customer service and sales or are studying to become an optician.
