Customer Service Representative for managing incoming calls

Role Description

  • Telephone service for incoming debtor calls
  • Management and service of requests regarding the settlement of their debts (not related to collection), update on the progress of each request, payment methods, etc.
  • Fixed schedule 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
  • Possibility of smart working after the first 3-month work period
