Customer Support Representatives

Mellon Technologies, the parent company of the Mellon Group, holds a leading role in the field of electronic transactions, telephone services, as well as business process outsourcing services is looking for: Customer Support Representatives for on site employment in its offices in the center of Patras.

The position concerns a five-day, eight-hour employment (Monday – Friday) with schedule:

  • 10:00 – 18:00
  • possibility of some afternoon shifts 12:00 – 20:00, when required

The role includes alternating employment in two simple and organized parts:

  • Incoming Customer Service providing information and answers to simple and everyday questions
  • Outgoing Communication with Existing Customers, in the context of information and maintenance of cooperation (Does not involve sales or cold list calls)

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Service to customers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provision of basic information and guidance
  • Communication with already existing customers for information and support
  • Recording information in electronic systems
