Banking Customer Service Representative

Mellon Technologies, the parent company of the Mellon Group of Companies, holds a leading position in the field of electronic transactions, telephone service, and business process outsourcing services is looking for a Banking Customer Service Representative.

Role Description:

The position involves:

  • Five-day 8-hour employment in rotating shifts (07.00 - 23.00)
  • 2 Saturdays/month (with corresponding repo)
  • Possibility of employment in night shift (23:00-07:00), only upon agreement

Duties:

  • Providing professional and courteous telephone customer service
  • Managing requests and providing solutions for banking products (cards, e-banking, accounts, loans)
  • Recording requests in the system and monitoring their progress
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction
