The Senior Manager, Gaming Technical Services is responsible for and assisting the Director, Gaming Technical Services for all areas of technical operations across the gaming areas, covering VIP Table Games, Table Games, and Gaming Machines. These operations include but not limited to planning and executing installations, moves, conversions, preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, sourcing, specification of and procurement of equipment. In addition, the Senior Manager, Gaming Technical Services assists the Director, Gaming Technical Services for the development of a positive team culture that reflects the Company objectives, and the management of team members' issues such as counselling, disciplinary action and effective implementation of the Performance Management System.
