Senior Salesforce Administrator
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day health, scalability, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role sits at the intersection of process design, advanced automation, data analysis, and AI-driven user experiences. You'll work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that are not only functional but intelligent, data-driven, and future-ready.
The ideal candidate is deeply comfortable with complex Flows, data analysis, and emerging Salesforce Agentic AI capabilities, and can apply these tools to solve real operational problems.
What You'll Be Doing
Platform Administration & Configuration
- Own and manage Salesforce configuration across Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Design scalable solutions using objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning record pages.
- Maintain platform health through proactive monitoring and continuous optimization.
Advanced Automation (Flows First)
- Design, build, and maintain complex Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled, and subflows).
- Apply Flow best practices including: Fault handling and Modular subflow design
- Performance optimization Partner with developers to determine when automation should be declarative vs programmatic.
Data Analysis & Reporting (SQL-Driven)
- Leverage strong SQL/analytics skills to:
- Analyse large datasets
- Validate business logic
- Support data quality initiatives
- Translate large data insights into Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Support data investigations across Salesforce and external systems where needed.
Agentic AI & Intelligent Experiences
- Implement and support Salesforce Agentic AI capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein-based features.
- Design AI-assisted workflows that:
- Reduce manual effort
- Guide users through complex processes
- Improve data accuracy and decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI-driven automation
User Experience & Enablement
- Optimize Lightning pages, paths, and guided flows to improve usability and adoption.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex platform and automation issues.
- Support enablement initiatives through documentation, training, and release communications.
- Own security models using permission sets, permission set groups, and sharing rules.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and data protection standards.
- Partner with developers to support logging, monitoring, and error-handling strategies.
Release Management & Collaboration
- Support release planning, testing, and deployments.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers and Architects to review solutions for scalability and supportability.
- Contribute to documentation and platform standards.
- Cross-train with regional Sales Ops Managers.
- Provide critical reinforcement for the APAC region.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a complex, enterprise environment.
- Advanced expertise in Flow Builder, including large, multi-path flows.
- Strong SQL proficiency, with experience analyzing and validating data across systems.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture.
- Experience supporting highly customized Salesforce orgs.
- Proven ability to balance speed, quality, and governance.
