A Day in the Life You start your morning reviewing pipeline metrics and key client updates, ensuring both growth and retention are on track. Next, you lead a team huddle, coaching sales and service delivery managers on strategies to win new opportunities and deepen current relationships. Midday, you're meeting with district leaders across Arizona to uncover evolving workforce needs and positioning solutions to deliver maximum value.
