Account Executive, Staffing

Our client is looking for a motivated and competitive Account Executive to drive growth across new and existing government clients. With a strong West Coast presence and 50+ contracts already in place, this role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships, close business, and help scale a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prospect, build, and close new business opportunities.
  • Grow existing accounts to their full potential.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
  • Negotiate and build long-term client partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, revenue goals, and performance targets.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Recruiting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
