Marketing Assistant

In this role, you will support the Marketing team of the Endoscopy division in managing daily activities. You will help ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and collaborate with administrative functions to improve business performance and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities may include the following activities, among others that may be assigned:

• Collaborate with the commercial team of the Endoscopy division
• Contribute to the administrative management of the Endoscopy division with particular attention to the management of materials and events (sponsorships, MDT events, training for HCP)
• Support the coordination and monitoring of commercial operations, ensuring the timely execution of tasks.
• Contribute to the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of projects

Required knowledge:

• Higher level studies (economics, marketing, biomedical engineering)
• Excellent English both written and spoken
• Teamwork predisposition
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
