A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and can be assigned to other tasks:

Monitores de pacientes con enfermedad crónica compleja en un papel de gestión de casos a través de tele vigilancia.

Implica evaluación telefónica de enfermedad del paciente y condición biométrica, triage de situaciones críticas y la educación de los pacientes sobre su condición (es), comorbilidades, medicamentos y requisitos de estilo de vida.

Además, proporciona comunicación oportuna de información pertinente al Gerente de proveedor/caso del paciente según sea necesario.

Knowledge and experience required:

Carrera universitaria

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en pabellón de hemodinamia.

Conocimientos y manejo de insumos relacionados a la atención de los pacientes de hemodinamia.

Experiencia en paciente críticos deseable.
