A Day in the Life

In this role, you will work with advanced technologies, develop technical skills, and be part of a supportive and empowering community. If you're seeking a professional challenge with real significance – this is the place for you! This is an on-site role based in our Jerusalem facility, within a technologically advanced and supportive environment. The position involves working in a diverse team, reporting to the Technical Service Manager, and offers opportunities to engage in development and training processes. No frequent travel is required.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Analyze failures of returned medical devices.
  • Repair devices returned from OEM customers.
  • Perform post-repair testing to ensure device functionality.
  • Support service line operations including inventory counting, spare parts forecasting, maintenance, gas cylinder replacement, packaging, and shipment handling.
  • Work in accordance with quality and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Technical certification or high school diploma with at least two years of technical/laboratory experience.
  • Fluent in Hebrew.
  • Basic English proficiency for routine operations.
  • Ability to work independently with high motivation.
  • Flexibility to work across different stages of the service process.
  • Strong teamwork skills in a diverse environment.

Desirable:

Previous experience in the medical device industry is considered an advantage.
