Gleichzeitig bietet die Rolle die Möglichkeit, nationale Reisen zu unternehmen, um unsere Kunden in ganz Deutschland zu unterstützen. Gelegentlich können auch internationale Reisen erforderlich sein, um an Fortbildungen und Trainings teilzunehmen, die Ihnen helfen, Ihre Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu bleiben.

Responsibilities Include

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of the Hugo™ surgical robot in medical facilities.
  • Supporting the implementation and integration of the Hugo™ system into surgical procedures.
  • Training and supporting medical staff in the use of the Hugo™ system.
  • Conducting regular inspections and safety checks of the system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure high operational readiness.
  • Documenting all performed work and creating service reports.
  • Collaborating with the technical support team and product development to solve complex technical problems.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and internal regulations and quality standards.
  • Participating in training and continuing education to learn about new technologies and products in the field of robotic-assisted surgery.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Completed degree in medical technology, electrical engineering, engineering, or a related field.
  • Practical experience in the installation and maintenance of medical technology devices, ideally in the field of robotic-assisted systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and IT systems.
  • Experience in technical customer service or a similar role.
  • Understanding of medical and technical standards and regulations.

Problem-Solving Skills and Analytical Thinking

  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Fluent German and good English required.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility.
