A Day in the Life

Sales Admin Support IV creates capital and other specialty orders, then follows the order flow to ensure shipment and delivery to the customer. Other responsibilities include submitting Customer Master requests, Quote creation, supporting rep inquiries, partnering with credit reps on credit issues, credits and debits.

This position is located Onsite at our Duluth, GA office at 3555 Koger Blvd Suite 200, Duluth, GA 30096.

Position Description

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Represents company to external and internal customers, answers order, pricing, and shipment-related questions, traces lost shipments, interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department, processes Capital Equipment and other speciality orders by initiating order through SFDC and SAP.
  • Works closely with sales team to ensure proper documents are submitted for capital equipment order processing.
  • Processes credits and rebills for pricing and Payer errors, as well as, processing returns and other credits.
  • Works with Sales Support Coordinator on allocation of stock to capital equipment orders.
  • Expedites capital equipment orders as necessary, working with the Distribution Center.
  • Monitors Medtronic Connect and EDI orders for capital equipment. Contacts customer and/or sales representative to obtain correct paperwork prior to shipment of equipment.
  • Available to facilitate requests from the sales team, research issues, and create custom quotations/contract in SFDC.
  • Responsible for shipping and tracking of sales rep demo equipment to include an annual audit.
  • Responsible for tracking and disposition of Medtronic assets assigned to customers and sales team.
  • Maintains territory alignment tables in SAP.
  • Monitors new account set-ups in SFDC and facilitates set-up of new accounts as necessary.
  • Provides support for special requests and projects as needed.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
