A Day in the Life

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Inside Sales Team (Connect.Me Employee) in the Acute Care Monitoring area. In this position, you will be the point of contact for our customers when it comes to technology-based collaboration, and you will provide competent support. You will work closely with the sales team as well as other departments such as Tender & Pricing, Corporate Account Management, and Customer Service. This position is in a flex (hybrid) model, with the primary workplace in the Medtronic Office in Meerbusch and the possibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include, as follows:

• Independent, telephone-based sales of selected medical products to existing and new customers, including product presentations via video transmission in your region
• Maintenance of customer contacts such as hospitals and doctor's offices as well as professional consultation and support of decision-makers in clinics
• Proactive customer support by phone
• Building a Connect.Me communication level
• Conducting market, competition, and order analyses as well as analyzing customer behavior
• E-marketing actions to promote sales
• Ensuring sales and revenue targets

Required knowledge and experience:

• Experience in inside sales or outside sales, especially in the healthcare sector
• Background in a hospital environment is advantageous
• Passion for sales and customer relationships
• High motivation and initiative
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
• A keen sense for customer needs
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working together
• Business level German and good English skills

Pay range: Germany: 62,560.00 EUR - 93,840.00 EUR
