Principal Sales Analyst

Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a strategic partner for sales, marketing, and market development leadership and translating data into clear recommendations
- Analyzing and driving commercial performance (e.g., revenue, product mix, market share) and identifying specific growth opportunities
- Providing transparency on pipeline, forecast, and account performance and supporting the development of account plans
- Developing and evaluating pricing, portfolio, and business case analyses to support strategic decisions
- Driving the development of reporting and dashboard structures (especially Salesforce) and promoting data-driven management in sales
- Analyzing market and competitive developments and deriving clear commercial implications
- Working closely with sales, marketing, market development, and finance to combine analysis with operational implementation
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, natural sciences, or similar
- Several years of professional experience (preferably 5–8 years) in business analytics, commercial excellence, sales analytics, or consulting
- Experience in the medtech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and experience in handling large data sets (Excel, ideally BI tools and CRM systems like Salesforce)
- Experience in creating business cases, pricing analyses, and commercial decision-making bases
- Ability to prepare complex relationships in a structured manner and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as confident behavior towards different hierarchical levels
- Very good German and English skills in speech and writing

Pay range: Germany: 86,400.00 EUR - 129,600.00 EUR | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
