Join our Regional Virtual Engagement Solutions (VES) team and be part of the digitalization journey across the Africa, Central and Eastern Europe (ACEE) region!
As an Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in coordinating projects, adopting technologies, and applying them to real business scenarios. You'll collaborate with colleagues from across ACEE region, developing your skills while making a meaningful impact on how we deliver services to patients.
You will also be involved in implementing the Connect.Meâ„ remote sales operating model and learn how digital engagement tools, processes, and ways of working are designed and used to help commercial teams perform more effectively and connect better with customers.
Internship Details
Start Date: March 2026
Location: Warsaw
Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
Working Time: 30 hours/week with flexibility
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Tooling Adoption & Readiness: Support onboarding and enablement for remote sellers on core tools (SalesLoft, Allego, Connect E Store). Create quick-start guides and maintain a centralized resource hub. Assist in optimizing marketing outreach so sellers can track progress effectively.
Governance & Change Management: Coordinate internal communications and engagement initiatives to ensure smooth execution of remote sales programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, and Data/BI teams to keep content, processes, and dashboards aligned for remote sellers.
Required knowledge and Skills:
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
Fluency in English with strong communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong interest in digital engagement and willingness to learn and support enablement activities
A proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills
Would be a plus:
Fluency in Polish
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Exposure to digital marketing campaigns, sales engagement tools, or content platforms
