Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary contact for our customers in Romania. The role follows a hybrid model (2 days in the office).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Representing the company to external and internal customers, answering product-related questions, tracing lost shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, taking orders or registrations, and when necessary, connecting customers to appropriate support or field staff
  • Managing web-based ordering or registrations, conferring with management regarding customer credits, returning goods for credit, and identifying quality assurance complaints

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English – spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Ability to cope with deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • (Nice to have) Experience in SAP
  • (Nice to have) Experience in a Customer Service role
