Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Monitoring of blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing.
  • Processing direct to patient orders, returns and scheduling agreements.
  • Handling queries and maintaining smooth ongoing communication with internal stakeholders via SAP CIC.
  • Handling reports & performing follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy.
  • Tracing shipments, interacting with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries take place.

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must (minimum C1 or equivalent);
  • Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools;
  • Detailed-oriented and quality-focused;
  • Adapting well to dynamic work environment;
  • Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
  • Ability to work under time constraints

Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP (ECC, CIC) as well as prior involvement in the Customer Service area.
