Channel Management

Joint efforts in Channel strategy and Channel projects execution.

Work closely with Sales team to identify the candidates for distributors, assessing their capacity and capability.

Involve in distribution performance management, partner with sales team, compliance team to evaluate distributors both on performance and risk metrics.

Support sales and marketing team to execute product promotion through channel and track the results.

Well track PDs' orders phasing and sales in achievement by monthly.

Work closely with MDT commercial team to execute channel management key projects such as Dealer Segmentation and Development project to support business growth.

Inventory / Channel Data Management

Monitoring distributor's inventory in safety level, working with Sales Operation team on distributors inventory cycle count.

Working with Sales Operation team to support sales out data validation and support on resolve any discrepancies with distributors.

Dealer Management System

Familiar with DMS Dealer Management System / support on dealer training to use DMS.

Provide business insight for DMS further development.

Channel Compliance

Work with Channel Compliance team to make sure dealers follow compliance requirement.

Execute Channel Compliance project such as DCA project (Distributor Compliance Ambassador) together with Compliance team.
