Assembler - 12-hr. Shift Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Assembler for the 12-hr. shift at our manufacturing facility in Flowery Branch, United States. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products according to specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders to assemble parts and products accurately
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks as needed
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints accurately
• Basic math skills for measuring and counting components
• Familiarity with quality control procedures
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Willingness and ability to work shifts (12-hour shifts)
