Customer Service Representative

To support our customer service team in Bochum, we are looking for a team-oriented and dedicated individual with professional experience. We are looking for someone who actively thinks, brings their own ideas, and is ready to help us develop and improve technical solutions for combating the number one cause of death – sudden cardiac death.

We are a medium-sized company in the medical technology sector based in Bochum, offering our customers in Germany and worldwide innovative life-saving solutions from the world market leader PHILIPS.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email in English and German.
  • Timely and effective resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Management and prioritization of customer service tickets to ensure a quick resolution.
  • Providing information about products and services to customers.
  • Documentation of customer interactions and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Collaboration with other departments to solve complex customer problems.
  • Participation in training and continuous learning to stay up-to-date on the latest product knowledge and best practices in customer service.

Qualification

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Professional experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
