Software Development Position
To support our development department in Bochum, we are looking for a team-capable and committed person with professional experience. We are looking for someone who actively thinks, brings in their own ideas and is ready to support us in developing and improving technical solutions to combat the number one cause of death – sudden cardiac death.
We are a medium-sized company in the medical technology sector based in Bochum and offer our customers in Germany and worldwide innovative life-saving solutions from the world market leader PHILIPS.
Tasks
Development and optimization of our contract management system based on Python and Django.
Optional: Participation in the development of our cloud-based backend servers, databases, and messaging systems.
Optional: Participation in the development of our cloud-based customer web frontend.
Collaboration with other teams to develop customized solutions that meet our customer needs.
Qualification
Very good knowledge of Python and at least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
Experience in handling databases as well as in the development of web front- and back-end applications.
Ideally experience with the Django framework and its use in a professional environment.
Team capability, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach.
Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing.
Willingness to learn new technologies and projects.
