Job Description Summary: Professionally greets visitors and patients upon arrival. Ascertains patients' and or visitors' needs and directs them accordingly. Educates Medical Center patients, family members, visitors and guests regarding appropriate services and available resources and assist with wayfinding. Demonstrates a commitment to problem resolution by embracing a creative approach and focusing on efficient and effective solutions to promote the desired outcomes. Meets key performance metrics for area and demonstrates compliance with policies/processes.
Additional Job Description: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years directly related customer service work experience; or an associate's degree and one year directly related customer service work experience; or A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Computer experience required.
