We are seeking a remote field engineer to ensure the optimal performance of deeplisten collection systems across the U.S. and Canada, maintaining a reliability rate of 99% or better. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading hardware and software systems, coordinating site relocations, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have civilian or military technical training, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with PC hardware repairs, software installations, RF reception, and data communications. Responsibilities include responding to alerts, coordinating third-party maintenance, and being on-call as needed for 24/7 support, including travel on short notice. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 75lbs, work on rooftops, and maintain professional interactions with clients and vendors. A valid driver's license is required.
