This position is to be filled for our company CYBERDYNE Informationstechnologie GmbH. We are a regional IT service provider from Cologne, with a diverse team of nearly 60 employees and a very beloved company dog. We work every day with high standards to help our small and medium-sized customers with their IT challenges and solve their technical problems. Our motto is "#stresslessIT" and we live it internally as well as externally with our customers.

Responsibilities

Our service desk values short communication paths within the team, therefore we work in our modernized, technically fully equipped office rooms with a view of the green, with the following tasks:

  • You are the first contact person for our customers for all their IT-related topics via phone, email, or ticket system, therefore friendliness and service orientation are of course required.
  • Through qualification and prioritization, you try to help the customer best and as quickly as possible with their request and incidents.
  • You conduct error analyses and initiate corresponding measures in close cooperation with the entire CYBERDYNE team and possibly external software service providers.
  • The requests are carefully documented and maintained in the ticket system via modern documentation software.
  • You are invited to actively shape and optimize our processes and automations in teamwork.
  • Regular professional training and certification is firmly planned for your position.

Qualification

  • Expert knowledge in the field of operating systems and application programs (e.g., Windows, Microsoft 365, standard office programs, Swyx).
  • Expert knowledge in the administration of products such as local AD, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
  • Problem-solving, service-oriented, and analytical working and thinking style.
  • Affin and open to innovations in IT products and the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in German.
