Tasks

• Administration of Firewalls (Fortinet and Palo Alto) for our customers
• Administration of Switches layer 2/3 (Cisco and Aruba)
• Documentation of Changes within the Ticket System
• Troubleshootings (2nd / 3rd Level)
• Error search and analysis on the following topics: DHCP, DNS, Routing, Mail Security, VLANs, Wireshark, IPSEC

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in IT, a successful completed training with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience with the products of Fortinet / Palo Alto
• Advantageous: Know-how to Checkpoint or Sophos
• Good self-organization and management skills when processing and following up on multiple topics in parallel
• Clear solution- and result-oriented approach combined with a technical way of thinking and working
• Confident demeanor
• Very good German language skills
