Mediafly is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance of our website. In this role, you will own the Mediafly web experience, ensuring it effectively drives engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth. You'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to build and optimize digital experiences, improve conversion paths, and maintain consistency across the site. This role will play a key part in enhancing website performance through SEO/AIO best practices, site optimization, and user experience improvements to increase organic traffic and maximize discoverability. The Web Marketing Manager will be responsible for ongoing site updates, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to ensure the website supports business goals. This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing.
