DevOps Specialist
We are seeking a DevOps Specialist specialized in CI/CD and Azure Cloud architecture to join our SRE team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate closely with development and architecture teams to ensure smooth delivery of software and services, with a strong emphasis on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and modern DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable, and secure delivery of applications and services.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Manage and optimize Azure DevOps and GitHub environments for code repositories, build pipelines, and deployments.
- Ensure security, compliance, and monitoring are embedded into infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to optimize build, deployment, and release strategies.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve infrastructure and automation workflows to ensure operational excellence.
Contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in CI/CD concepts, pipelines, and tooling.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure design.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for automation and delivery workflows.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and monitoring best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or related engineering roles.
Working conditions:
- Contract: Permanent, full time (40h/week)
- Working mode: Hybrid or Remote
- Occasional in-office presence may be required during the year (for events or team meetings, for example).
- Candidates must reside in the province of Quebec.
