We are the shop in the community that does it better, prides ourselves in being really transparent, and our honesty sets us apart. Customers are often blown away at the customer experience, the level of reporting to the customer we do, and/or how the vehicle feels when they leave.

We seek an individual that is passionate about customer care in the automotive industry; which means you will be both an advocate for the vehicles we service and an advocate for the customer. Your presence at the shop is all about making the customer feel good about the shop, the employees feel better about the great work they do, and when needed enforce the high standards that we preach. Your job is to also coordinate the logistics and the manpower of the work. People from the hotel/restaurant/hospitality industry (with a hobbyist understanding of cars) are encouraged to apply.

  • Strictly adhere to company policies, Bureau of Automotive Repair, and California State Law. Also required to adhere to the Environmental Protection Agency laws and practices
  • Remain flexible, anticipate change, and create positive outcomes

Experience and Qualifications:
