We're looking for a Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing who thrives in execution and is eager to grow into broader strategic ownership. You'll help to build strategies and growth playbooks in partnership with senior leadership, execute acquisition campaigns, testing channels, and optimizing for CAC and pipeline velocity. You'll be working from a clean slate: clear ICPs, compelling offers, and the freedom to experiment without legacy constraints. Your ability to launch fast, iterate, and build repeatable acquisition playbooks will directly accelerate our market share and revenue growth.
Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and optimize paid search, social, SEO/SEM, and outbound campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition.
Pipeline Support: Develop and manage landing pages, forms, and lead magnets; monitor performance and report actionable insights to leadership.
Experimentation & Scaling: Run experiments in collaboration with leadership, track outcomes, and recommend next steps. Translate early campaign wins into repeatable, scalable use cases and long-term growth engines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales to align campaigns with ICP pain points, use cases, and pipeline targets. Share data and insights that inform product, positioning, and broader go-to-market strategy.
Measurement & Optimization: Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline velocity. Use results and team feedback to continuously improve campaign performance.
Paid and outbound channels are live within weeks and optimized to improve conversion.
Experiments are run and reported in collaboration with leadership.
Tactical contributions help lower CAC and improve pipeline velocity.
Clear playbooks and processes are executed upon and adjusted to scale acquisition without losing efficiency.
Marketing-sourced revenue and pipeline becomes a predictable driver of company growth, with weekly reporting to the rest of the organization.
Experience: 6+ years B2B growth/demand gen marketing with hands-on campaign execution, with recent experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech startup.
Early-Stage Fit: Prior experience as an early marketing hire or in a zero-to-one environment is strongly preferred.
Growth Impact: Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth in fast-paced, high-velocity environments.
Channel Expertise: Deep knowledge of paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs), outbound campaigns, SEO/SEM, CRO, and funnel analytics.
Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing & Sales), GA4, SEMRush, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms. Familiarity with outbound and enrichment tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay) is a plus.
Execution Skills: Comfortable building and optimizing landing pages (HubSpot) and creating lightweight assets using design tools such as Canva.
