• Support in exciting projects in the HR environment with a focus on data analyses, reporting, and visualization
• Creation of management and decision-making documents in PowerPoint with high visual and analytical quality
• Conducting data research, evaluations, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions in HR
• Participation in the optimization and digitalization of HR processes through your analytical skills
• Support of the HR team in the operational day-to-day business and administrative tasks
• Involvement in HR trend analyses and contribution of new ideas to improve the employee experience
The 11-member HR team of our headquarter is responsible for recruiting, support, and development of our employees as well as all administrative personnel issues. We understand ourselves as a partner for management and employees and actively shape a positive company culture.
• Current studies in business informatics, data science, business administration with a focus on analytics, or comparable
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (e.g., pivot, formulas, evaluations) and PowerPoint (precise, visual presentations)
• Interest in HR processes and motivation to shape data-based decisions
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• Team skills, engagement, and organizational talent are your strengths
• Fluent German and English language skills
