Your Tasks

• Technical consultation of our customers as well as expansion and maintenance of the global customer network
• Accompaniment of vehicle launches from the development phase to the series on a technical level
• Development of technical solutions and their presentation to the customer
• Verification and definition of design and product execution and support of the sales team in customer acquisition and support
• Participation in development projects for new, innovative products
• Technical change management and coordination with other departments, e.g., production and quality management
• Coordination of technical developments with the global MD locations

Your Qualification

• Successfully completed degree in business engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering or alternatively a successfully completed technical vocational training with subsequent further education
• Professional experience in customer service and industry knowledge
• Sales oriented thinking as well as enjoyment of customer contact
• Strong communication skills, team capability, and self-initiative
• Proficient English and good French skills
• Enjoyment of occasional business trips
