The Credit Resolution Manager supports the work of Payment Posting & Credits Department by ensuring accurate oversight of credit resolution processes, vendor performance, payment handling, and compliance with state and federal requirements. As part of this team, the Credit Resolution Manager helps refine workflows, strengthen internal controls, and support a consistent and positive patient financial experience. The Credit Resolution Manager plays a key role in identifying system improvements and collaborating with partners across the revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field and have Revenue Cycle experience within Billing, Credit Resolution, and Payment Posting. Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (Remote but must be willing to attend meetings onsite occasionally).
