The Environmental Services Manager at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is a key leadership role within the Environmental Services (EVS) Department, supporting safe, clean, and healing environments across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas. The Environmental Services Manager oversees daily EVS operations, regulatory readiness, staff performance, and service delivery that directly support patient care, infection prevention, and clinical excellence.
The ideal candidate is a dependable and motivated leader with healthcare environmental services experience, demonstrated ability to manage staff and operations in a hospital environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and a working knowledge of regulatory standards, infection control practices, and performance management; prior supervisory experience, familiarity with Joint Commission readiness, and training or mentorship experience are preferred.
Minimum $92,500.00 – Midpoint $115,500.00 – Maximum $138,500.00 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The typical work schedule is full-time, based on operational needs, including possible weekends and holidays. Work location: Onsite at UT MD Anderson in Houston, TX.
