The Technical Services Specialist analyzes blueprints, specifications, proposals, and related documentation to develop cost estimates for piping materials used in water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role involves frequent interaction with external customers and internal teams across multiple channels, including in-person meetings, virtual platforms, and phone calls. Customer visits may include engineering firms, job sites, or office, with occasional regional or out-of-state travel. Internally, the role collaborates with sales, engineering, and planning to ensure project requirements meet requirements for the end-user. Success requires effective communication, technical accuracy, and a customer-focused mindset throughout the project lifecycle.

Education & Experience: Bachelors in Math, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Business. 2–4 years in construction/utility field (blueprints, drafting, estimating, product knowledge). Equivalent education/experience accepted.
