Our full-time permanent Marketing Lead role is ideal for an experienced B2B marketer seeking impact and career growth. The role requires adaptability, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong internal collaboration. You'll contribute to strategic planning and lead execution across growth and retention initiatives.

The Role:

• Support strategy development and campaign planning for Maxxia and RemServ brands
• Lead B2B marketing initiatives, including content and go-to-market execution
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from briefing to ROI reporting
• Execute campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events
• Own B2B digital and content strategy, including website and channel assets
• Deliver data-driven reviews and engage stakeholders throughout project cycles
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies
• Leverage AI to enhance marketing efficiency and planning
• Oversee budget, approvals, and compliance

You Will Bring:

• 10+ years of proven marketing success with B2B experience in financial or regulated industry
• Skilled in turning performance data into actionable insights to boost ROI
• Strong customer focus across multi-channel campaigns
• Experienced in creative briefing, media planning, and approval workflows
• Expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution for growth, brand, and retention
• Advanced project and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of branding standards, compliance, and approvals
• Familiar with CMS and landing page creation (preferred but not essential)
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics, Adobe, SugarCRM)
• Experienced in applying AI to improve marketing efficiency
