Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead both operational execution and strategic pricing for Masters Drug Company's portfolio. This role combines a hybrid of deep analytical expertise with hands-on pricing operations leadership to drive margin optimization, streamline workflows, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Pricing Analysis

• Propose and implement pricing recommendations by analyzing key drivers such as margin, manufacturer market share, and customer loyalty.
• Conduct proactive portfolio analysis to identify risks and opportunities for margin optimization.
• Engage with Sales and Sourcing to gather competitive intelligence and verify product economics.
• Analyze customer price match requests and support RFP efforts with Gx portfolio insights.
• Participate in campaign strategy calls to guide product targeting and customer economics.
• Serve as business lead for Tableau projects to enhance pricing insights.
• Document pricing activities in the pricing playbook.

Pricing Operations Leadership

• Manage and execute daily price changes using established processes and guardrails.
• Govern multiple price file rules and exceptions.
• Lead UAT and cutovers for pricing systems.
• Define and maintain SLAs and KPIs for pricing operations.
• Publish weekly performance metrics and insights.
• Standardize operational playbooks and workflows.
• Respond to sales pricing requests efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with IT and Strategy teams on system enhancements.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience with 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or generics pricing strategy.

Critical and Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical pricing
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, and Tableau.
• Experience with pricing systems, UAT, and change management.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables in a cross-functional environment.

Working Conditions

• Traditional office environment (remote).
• Majority of time spent performing computer-based work.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $101,200 - $168,600
