CoverMyMeds' Product Team is seeking a Sr. Director, Product Management to lead and grow our Specialty Biopharma Services portfolio. This role is responsible for building and scaling digital access and affordability services that help specialty biopharma manufacturers better connect with providers and patients—ultimately improving access to critical therapies.

The Specialty Biopharma Services team delivers innovative, data-driven solutions across field reimbursement management (FRM), enrollment, hub connectivity, and other patient support services. With a strong emphasis on commercial differentiation, measurable value, and monetization, the team partners closely with commercial, technology, and operations leaders to bring impactful digital services to market. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of biopharma services within a fast-growing healthcare technology organization.

What You'll Do

As a Sr. Director, you will provide strategic and operational product leadership for Specialty Biopharma Services and report directly to the VP of Specialty Product. Responsibilities will evolve with business needs, but core expectations include:

  • Set and execute the strategy for Specialty Biopharma Services, aligned to Specialty Product and enterprise priorities, with a clear focus on commercial differentiation and monetization
  • Own portfolio-level accountability for digital biopharma services, including front-end digital experiences, FRM, connectivity to third-party hubs, and future value initiatives
  • Lead and develop a multi-layer organization of people managers and individual contributors, driving performance, accountability, and talent growth
  • Drive revenue growth and financial performance through pricing, packaging, and go-to-market alignment in partnership with commercial leaders
  • Assess market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends to inform portfolio strategy, partnerships, and investment decisions
  • Define and govern data-driven roadmaps to guide prioritization, performance measurement, and market expansion, adhering to agile principles and the defined product development lifecycle
  • Influence cross-functional and senior leaders to align on strategy, tradeoffs, and execution in a highly matrixed environment
  • Serve as an executive-facing leader, clearly communicating strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities

Skills You'll Need

This role typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership experience, including planning, communication, execution, organizational leadership, and people motivation (or equivalent experience). Additional critical skills include:

  • Product management experience or strong familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Experience across the product development lifecycle, from strategy through delivery and optimization
  • P&L ownership or demonstrated financial management experience, including pricing, budgeting, and investment tradeoff decisions
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable portfolio decisions
  • Experience working within biopharma, life sciences, healthcare technology, or patient support services, with an understanding of access, reimbursement, and hub-based models

Preferred Skills

  • Experience experimenting with and scaling AI-enabled ways of working and product experiences, with a pragmatic approach to value realization, risk, and change management
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment and adapt strategy as business needs evolve
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with a track record of leveraging insights to inform strategy and product decisions
  • Demonstrated success leading highly complex initiatives requiring detailed financial analysis across a broad portfolio
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong influence skills and a track record of driving meaningful change and innovation in matrixed organizations
  • Ability to debate complex decisions, weigh tradeoffs, and ensure recommendations align with overarching strategic goals
